Here we have an install of the Airwave Eco-speed 15kw screw compressor for Luton Aiport.
This 15kw fixed speed screw compressor package was supplied and fitted to supply air to the airplane wheel refurbsihment department.
The compressor will be used to power various air tools and shot blasting equipment.

Having clean and dry air is very important for the media used in the shot blaster, so the use of a refrigerated air dryer with full filtration was required to ensure no moisture can enter the pipe system.
The air was then distributed around the workshop area using the Prevost Aluminium Pipe Sytem, with drops down to quick release coupling manifolds.
