This energy efficient, variable speed compressor is used to supply the air to the packaging machines at Sauce Shop in Nottinghamshire.
Due to the varying demapds of air throughout the day, using a variable speed compressor will save this customer a lot on energy costs. The amount you save by using a variable speed compressor can somtimes cover the cost of the compressor in a little as 18 months.
Having clean and dry air was of the upmost importance, so a refrigerated air dryer was fitted, along with pre and post filtration to achieve the class of air required for the packaging line.
The air was fed to the top of the clean room using the 40mm Prevost Aluminium pipe sytem, then 25mm drops down into the production line.
